80 Page Steno Notebook by Field Notes.

A 6" by 9"spiral pad made of double O-ring wiring. Comes with 70#, bright white, Gregg-ruled paper with a fine soy based "double knee duck canvas" light brown ink . The cover is made from Newark Paperboard Mills 60 pt. "Super Duty Chipboard." Screen printed with "dictation smudge" black ink. The spiral top allows the paper to lay flat for ease of writing.

The inside of the cover provides useful information such as the history of stenography with the short hand abbreviation guide to planetary distance from the sun, temperature conversion, hobo quick reference guide and more.
