How to take Impact Whey Isolate

It is recommended to consume Impact Whey Isolate either before or after a training session or at any time throughout the day to increase protein intake. Suggested Use

Add 150ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 25g, shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily.
