Pure and unprocessed walnut quarters with a soft taste

Our broken Chilean walnuts are extra light in colour. They have a softer taste than the dark, small walnuts, which are often sharp and bitter. Our handy walnut pieces are nice quarters, 100% raw, unroasted, unsalted and free of additives.

Collaboration of 6 experienced Chilean farmers

In 2007, 6 Chilean farmers joined forces to deliver top quality walnuts. These farmers all have years of experience in growing walnuts. Our walnut orchards are located in the Maipo province in Central Chile. Chile's temperate climate and warm, dry summers are the ideal growing conditions for these top quality walnuts.

Using walnut quarters

The walnut quarters are of course ideal as a healthy snack. Fry them briefly without oil for a crunchy bite nuts and an even more intense nutty flavour.

Delicious as crunchy topping for green salads, tabouleh, stir-fried vegetables, cheese dishes, ...  Use the walnut quarters in  dough for cakes, pies, bread and crumbles. Sprinkle over ice cream or yoghurt.
